Print Head Maintenance Device for 81/83
This maintenance device is mainly for the problem of air-entering to the print head and vertical and horizontal
blank stripe printing , but it won't be of help for the problem
of chip damage, and electrical faults of the print head.
1, The device sets include : a print head clip, a double funnel
and a syringe.(Pic 1)
2,Install the clip on top of the print head as shown in picture.
Keep arrow and label on the print head at the same side.(Pic 2 )
3, Insert the double funnel on the print head after the clip
installed. (shows in Pic 3) Then refill some ink in according
to the label beside the ink holes, there're two colors in the
print head , so please pay attention when refilling. (Pic 4)
4, After refilled the ink, suck the ink by the syringe at the
rubber hole on the clip
5, Please note that , after the syringe has sucked about 20ml
of ink, stop for 1 minute, then take out the print head.
