Notice:

Ink in nozzle must reach 20ML—25ML,when user dispose nozzle, the strength of water pump do not too large, it should knock lightly, make ink flowing slowly into calefaction storehouse of nozzle and exclude air in calefaction storehouse.

Make sure the cleanness of touch after ink head. If ink dripping, it will cause disciplinary intermit circs, even will affect another three nozzle. 

Question: Why ink head will spray ink falsely at some times?

Answer: maybe cause by the following:

1.       Ink hole plate will be broken, may cause by using another ink but not ENCAD or physics damnification.

2.       Resistance be broken. Maybe when producing, the speed of printing is too fast and continuous use.

3.       Ink head be jammed. It cause by that don’t clean ink head maintain station.

4.       Ink head be jammed. It cause by that ink head leave maintain station long time and exposure in air. 

Question: Why ink head don’t spray ink at some time?

Answer: maybe cause by the following:

1.       It has problem of the quality of ink

2.       Work too long and the ink head for long work.

3.       Machine wait for a long time and ink be freezed

4.       The operation is wrong.

5.       The ground line of electrograph is not connect well and broke the touch
