1.Refill ink：
Approach 1:
Use filter to refill ink directly into cartridge . When refilling, ink level is not more than the highest ink level line. Please note the correct ink refilling level

Approach 2: 
After refilling ink, use connecting tube to drive air out from ink outlet hole of the cartridge,do that until ink fill swimmingly in whole cartridge. Remarks:
1)If you use this continuous ink supply system cartridges for the original usage of new equipment, or use compatible ink which is compatible completely with K3 original ink, after completing operation Approach 1 and 2,the cartridge can be installed directly and work at that time.
2)If the ink you use is not K3 ink and not compatible with the original ink, firstly you need to clean the remaining ink in the printer tube, damper and printer head, and then it is okay to install this cartridge.
3)In daily time, please refill ink when printer is closed or not working state. When refilling, ink level is not more than the highest ink level line. During process of printing, cartridge inside is in the state of high pressure, so please don’t pull the rubber stopper out. Ensure that to avoid ink spurt and effect normal printing.

2.Reset chip：
You can take out the original chip from the original cartridge and then reset it in this cartridge. When printer is working and printer display shows little ink capacity, it is necessary to fetch cartridge out and use QE 388-2 chip resetter to reset chip(Attention:you shouldn't use this resetter after the ink is used up completely). Make sure the chip touch well with the pins of chip resetter. In 2~3 seconds the green light will be bright, and then chip is okay. When resetting chip, cartridge should be placed in correct way. Don’t reverse the cartridge and put cartridge down
