Insert Inkjet Cartridge

1. Insert the nozzle part of the cartridge into the refill clip and push the top of the cartridge all the way in until you hear it “clicking” into place
2. After turning the refill clip upside down, remove the black film at the bottom of the cartridge, in front of the nozzle
3. Push the metal ball inside, opening an ink injection inlet.

Refilling Ink

1. Connect the ink container/syringe to the ink injection inlet.
2. While keeping the refill clip upside down, inject appropriate volume of ink by squeezing and releasing the ink container/syringe slowly.
3. Warning: The ink volume specified above is for a completely empty cartridge.

Stabilize Internal Pressure

1. Fill the syringe with about 2ml of external air,and insert the syringe into the air inkjection hole.Hold the syringe pressed and wait for 5 seconds
2. Remove the cartridge from the refill clip and clean the excessive ink around the nozzle, dabbing the nozzle part on soft tissue
3. Install the cartridge into the printer, and run “head cleaning” process before use

Use utility knife or special tool to open the cartridge cover

1. Connect the syringe to the rubber hole of the refill clip, and slowly suck out internal air until 1ml of ink is filled in the syringe
2. Remove the cartridge from the refill clip and clean the excessive ink around the nozzle, dabbing the nozzle part on soft tissue
3. Reseal the cartridge cover  with tape
4. Install the cartridge into the printer, and run “head cleaning” process before use

Get Ready

1. For HP cartridges, push the hole cap on the top of the cartridge inside by pin
2. For LEXMARK BLACK cartridges, use drill tool to enlarge refill hole
3. For LEXMARK COLOR cartridges, use utility knife or specific tool to open the cartridge cover
4. Attention: Make sure the WHITE rubber pad is inserted for HP cartridges, and the RED rubber pad for LEXMARK cartridges. The BLUE plastic hook is to be released for inserting Lexmark cartridgesInsert

Insert Inkjet Cartridge

Hold the cartridge upside down. Insert the cover of the cartridge into the refill clip until the cartridge is located firmly. Switch the screw at the bottom of the refill clip to lock the cartridge

Open Cap

Place the screw handle to the top of the refill clip and then turn it clockwise until the cover is completely removed

Get Ready

1. For HP cartridges, tear off  the lable on the ink cartridge to check the ink iniection inlet
2. For LEXMARK BLACK cartridge, use drill tool to eniarge refill hole
3. For LEXMARK COLOR cartridge, use utill knife or specific tool to open the cartridge cover
4. Attention: Mark sure the RED rubber pad is inserted for HP cartridges, and the BLUE rubber pad for Lexmark cartridges

Insert Inkjet Cartridge

Remove Inlet Covet for BC-02/BX-2

Use the supplied gimlet to drill into the inlet cover at the side of the cartridge. And remove it to

create an ink injetction inlet.

Pushing In Metal Ball for BC-03/BX-3

Use the pushing pin/gimlet to push in the metal ball on the side of the cartridge to create an ink injection inlet.

Refilling Ink

2. Pull up the injection needle about 5mm backward , and then slowly injet around 15ml ink
