| 1. Toner Refilling Screw off the cap of the toner bottle of corresponding color and tear off the sealing film--- make the toner cartridge stand upright with the perforated end turning adown (and lean against the stent)and insert the toner-guide tube of corresponding color into the toner extraction hole provided on the valid toner cabinet---open the corresponding toner control valve (the toner control valve can be opened in advance)---open the cover the toner refilling container---pull the machine switch upward and open the corresponding accelerator switch and insert the toner bottle jack into the toner refilling container so as to let the toner flow into the toner refilling container and toner cabinet (if the toner is obstructed, it is appropriate to pinch the toner bottle with hand to force the air inside the bottle to rush downward, so as to impel the toner to flow down or insert the stainless steel pin into the toner refilling container to stir the toner)---pull the toner refilling tube out when there is no waste toner flowing out from the toner cartridge, close the switch of accelerator and pull the machine switch in the middle position,pull out the refilling tube and wipe up with soft cloth and insert it into its original place---seal off the waste toner extracting orifice with adhesive tape (two layers of adhesive tape should be provided, the maximum bore diameter of the first layer is around 20 mm, and the second layer should extend from the edge of the first layer by 15mm) With regard to color toner cartridge, it is applicable to repeat above procedures. 2. Handling of Waste and Residual Toner Open the cabinet door---knock the cover of the toner extraction container for approximately 10 times with fingers---take out the toner extraction container---screw off the cover of the toner extraction container and place it at stable and smooth place---cover the cup-shape orifice of the toner extraction container with plastic bag and tighten it---incline the cup of the toner extraction container slowly until the it stands upside down, and knock its bottom for approximately 10 times with fingers---wait for approximately half minute before separating the cup of the toner extraction container from the plastic bag, and throw away the plastic bag---wipe up the cup of the toner extraction container and cover with soft cloth---screw on the cover of the toner extraction container---put the toner extraction container back to its original place |

| Advantages︰ | 1.Don’t disassemble the toner cartridge.
If you use handcraft toner refill to refill toner,you should disassemble the cartridge firstly,then assemble them again,it would take you more than half an hour to disassemble and assemble the cartridge.However,if you use toner refill machine,you shouldn’t disassemble the cartridge.It is only about 10 minutes to reproduce the toner at the first time,after it is only about 2 minutes to reproduce.
2.Don’t damage the cartridge.
It is easy to damage the fittings of cartridges in the courese of disassembling the cartrige,such as scratching the film of toner cartridge core,affecting the quality of printing,and maybe make the cartridge become scrap.However,It wouldn’t appear these problems if you use our toner refill machine,because it needn’t disassemble the cartridge.
3.Don’t have powder and dust pollution
We should disassemble the cartridge if we refill the toner by handcraft,then removing the leftover powder by brush(somebody also blow them),and then pouring the new powders.The powders and leftover powder is blowing everywhere in the process of refilling the toner powder.However,it remove the leftover by machine if you use our toner refill machine and it is in the state of obturating to pouring the new powder,therefore,it can’t appear the problem of polluting environment.
4.Don’t be harmful to our health
It has no leftover if we use machine to refill toner,so it can’t be harmful to operators’ health.
