5.About how to refill ink ,you can do according to your request,but we think it is not a better way to refill ink from hole of original cartridge directly because there is sensor near inkhole.We think the better way it is to cut the wire between printhead and cartridges,and then insert one wire into ink bottle but you make sure that the capacity of ink in cartridge is 50%,and make sure that wire between cartridge and printhead is no air,and refill ink into ink bottle in time,or printhead maybe damaged
6.You can use our QE-388 to reset ink tank,but you should insert it into 9880,9450 and so on firstly and then insert it into Epson 11880,then it is ok
