Lays the machine on the work bench, eliminates the antirust oil on the die. 2. Turns on the power switch, then turns on the machine switch steps on the foot pedal, after 1dt the machine rotation by itself, then run it. After install the mold, then move the machine pole axis gently, turn clockwise, if it dose not have exceptional problem the run it. Maintenance Suggestion 1. Before clean the machine, please close the power switches and draw out the power plug. 2. In running-normal situation, please not touch the punching die. 3. After the machine placement for long-term, check-in the machine before you use it, and carry on the trial run. 4. The mold cutting edge must be maintained sharply, gap is reasonable, the installment is stable. 5. The electric controlling device must be maintained cleanly and dry. 6. Die is consumables, and we do not provide warranties, if you operate it according to the brochure, the machine will not damage when cutting paper of PVC/PET materials, if damage caused by your cutting other materials, please buy from local distributors. 7. If you discover it is breakdown or other abnormal phenomenon, please turn the engine off and check in it immediately. Do not run it continuous, preventing from other parts damaged. 8. After the normal work, smear lubricating oil on the cutting edge. Common malfunction and resolvent 1. If appear the phenomenon that the electrical engineering can’t revolve, check whether the power supply electric circuit is normal or not, if expel the power supply electric circuit breakdown, maybe an electrical engineering to burn bad or the circuit board damage, you should immediately notify local dealer or the factory, authorize to the professional technical person to maintain it, do not dismantle the machine by yourself, otherwise result gasconade. 2.
