The coloured side of bronzing paper must be upturned.

• PROCEDURE

a) INSTALLATION

1. Install handle:take out handle inserting to hole, frap the screw near handle to fasten handle’s screw.
2. Adjust machine’s height:loose height and lock screw,adjust height and screw,usually will adjust to surface and the distance to bronzing surface is about 30mm..Check whether Heat Board cling to Transfer-Heat Board otherwise will affect bronzing effect.

b) Adjust bronzing position

1. Draw out bronzing platform, stick on card paper which size is bigger than electrotype on bronzing position.using the middle of Transfer-Heat Board to bronzing.
2. Turn on power,the red power indicator light will light,circumgyrate the Temperature Adjustment knob to 100C degree,Temperature-Control indicator light will be yellow,after 10 minutes will turn to green,which means Transfer Heat Board reach needed temperature.(Because it is auto-control constant temperature,when bronzing,signal lamp usually change color,but can’t affect bronzing effect

c) Attempt to bronzing

1. Bronzing paper must be choosen matchs bronzing fittings.
2. Choose temperature,accoding to different material quality and bronzing fittings th choose different temperature.The folling form for your reference:Celsius Temperature 100 C-150 C 150 C-180 C.Match bronzing thing Business Card paper/leather/PVC soft glue Plastic/rigid glue/carpentry
3. Different bronzing paper needs different temperature.If the temperature is too high,Bepaint for the edge of line wll beyond the mark until faintness.If temperature is shortage,it will bepaint lopsidedness.Please according to the bronzing effect to adjust.
4. Stress and bronzing time,if bronzing veins is too deep,it means stress is over.If bronzing veins is too low down to half-baked,it means press is small.If bronzing time is too long, bepaint will beyond the mark.If bronzing time is too short, it will bepaint lopsidedness.Bronzing surface is slick,it needs small stress and short bronzing time.If bronzing surface is coarseness,it needs big stress and long bronzing time.
5. If the bronzing thing appear pigmentation lopsidedness,please refer picture 2 to adjust.First loose mid two screws,then adjust the four balance screws.Adjust orientation of the screws which bronzing is too low or don’t bronzing part by clockwise. Adjust orientation of the screws which bronzing is too deep or don’t need bronzing part by counter-clockwise.It should adjust for many time to reach best effect.If after adjust large bronzing area,it still has mall place can’t pigmentation,please stick transparence glue paper on the place which can’t be pigmentation.The purpose is black up this place to easy to pigmentation.
6. Adjust height limited screws,aviod surface and Transfer-Heat Board impacting and damage when overexert pulling handle.

e) Install branzing paper

1. put the branzing paper into bronzing holder:take out bronzing holder,loose plastic round cover,put into branzing paper roll,enclose to plastic round cover and enclose bronzing paper in machine.
2. Put paper on holder:following the arrowhead of picture 1,pull the paper by clockwise.,first round bronzing back orientation side of pole,then stride over front orientation side of pole,then throught between rubber scroll and press paper shaft by clockwise,after that,roll the bronzing paper on collected-paper shaft,using spring to fasten.,running outer knob of rubber scroll,draw bronzing paper straight.

f) Install branzing paper

1. put the branzing paper into bronzing holder:take out bronzing holder,loose plastic round cover,put into branzing paper roll,enclose to plastic round cover and enclose bronzing paper in machine.
2.
