a) Installation and Structure
1. Insert the joy stick used to print code into the controlling hole in the right frame and then fix it by screws.
2. Pull out the card frame and fix card needed to code in frame
3.Card frame can remove to right, left, front, back. You can choose your need position.
4.You can remove Interval-choose Device to adjust code distance. As: the place 1/7 is dig interval and 1/10 is interval space.
b) Operation Step
1.Clamp the cards which need be printed code in
2.When contraposition, be subjected to not press card when turn Joy Stick. Observe position of code, then remove Card Frame left, right, front, back to choose position where need to code.
3.Move the Code Disk, orientation with indicator, aiming the code indicator at the needed code..
4.After confirm the above contents, press down Joy Sticker.
5.If the depth of typed characters is not reach request, you can adjust the adjustment hole in bottom of machine. The method is: use No.4 inner hexangular wrench to loosen screw and use No.8 outer hexangular wrench to loosen nut. Adjust screw, after then, screw down nut.
- Please use standard card (85mm*55mm), prohibit using metal or nonstandard card
- When move Code Disk, do not press down Joy Stick to avoid damage machine
- When change interval, please notice the orientation position. If you need to change midway, use left hand ward off Card Frame to avoid moving by Card Frame itself when change interval
- Do not put your hand or other things in the machine.
